December 20, 2009

Hi fellow SACS 99ers,

I hope you all like the site we created for our batch – the SACS99ers. It turned out exactly what we wanted it to be – a venue for everyone to share their ideas, unforgettable and amazing adventures, and most of all, a chance for everyone to showcase their once hidden but now very impressive talents. It is indeed a great surprise to discover what you guys are capable of after 10 long years.

Allow me to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who made this all possible. Thank you all for your support. Despite the distance, difference in time zones and work hours, and heavy workloads, you still have managed to assist us in making this endeavor become a reality. The articles, pictures, music and even your insights and suggestions made this website truly appealing and very informative not only for our batch but for the entire world. The positive feedbacks we’ve heard from other people even before the official launching of the website is so heartwarming. It is because of this that we become more motivated to continuously work on improving and updating this website.

It is my deepest desire that we keep this momentum going. Thus, I would like to encourage everyone to take an active part in this project. Your articles, photos, videos, or any literary works you may have kept under wraps would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is to have this website always up-to-date with the Who, What, When and Where of everyone. Hence, we want it to be updated on a quarterly basis but we would really be needing your contributions to make this a reality.

Check out our site! Go have a blast reconnecting with the people from your past!

    Hey Guys,

Now that we have this website planning an event will be just a snap for us. The site helps us a lot in every which way possible. How about if we extend our re-union like 2 3 or 4 times every year? This way we could see still see each very often and discuss things for our up coming re-union. Maybe we could somehow plan for a beach party and throw games for us. Anyways this is just a suggestion I just heard a lot of feed backs that they are craving for more activity…

Sounds really nice mond but most of us are busy working. Nevertheless I will keep this mind and open this up with the other committees to what they say about this. Thank you for suggesting.

Yeah, I think its best if we open this up to other committees. Oh, please CC me also whenever you guys are having a meeting. I promise to come as long as I’m not busy. I would really love to contribute an article for the site but my shift is killing me. I only have time for a 5 hours sleep every third month of the year.. Hehehe… Please don’t forget to cc every time you guys are planning to meet aytz. I have some things to discussed regarding the suggestion.
